The skirt cascade from there in a sheath of silk. It has subtle inverted flat pleats set around it so that you get an ton of fullness in the skirt. When you stand still these lie flat and disappear giving you a long lean silhouette. When you move they allow the fabric ot flow and love in the most dramatic way! The edges of the bodice are black patent leather. You can actually tuck in the straps and wear this as a strapless piece if you wish.
